IBM Software department fulfills the whole scope of works of launching new IT solutions, starting with pre-project analysis and designing, through development, implementation and tuning, up to testing and documenting the solution. • Providing technical support IBM SW team also provides technical support and system maintenance services both of its own solutions and of solutions implemented by other vendors. Support may include the standard or extended support programs.
