IBM Software (IBM SW) Team of S&T Russia is one of the most successful units in the company. S&T Russia has an excellent record of successful partnership with IBM for a number of years. Since 2006 the company achieved the IBM Premier Business Partner status – the highest one achievable. That was a result of the extremely rich expertise, gained by our specialists in numerous successful projects. This expertise is proven by positive Customer responses and by great number of certificates, got by our technicians and sales managers after profound trainings in IBM Training Centers. In 2006 S&T Russia achievements in promoting IBM technologies to the market were acknowledged and the company became the “Best Partner in IBM Technologies Promotion” of IBM.

In 2007 S&T Russia introduced Competence Center for IBM WebSphere and related technologies. The Center allows for modeling multiple IT and Business processes covering Customer needs and for choosing optimal solutions for each particular case.

With the Competence Center and a number of certified specialists, IBM SW Team is capable to provide the following professional services:

• Delivering the full range of IBM software solutions and, if necessary, all related products at highly competitive prices.

•Delivering pre- and post-implementation IT consultancy services and presentations

S&T IBM SW specialists have the necessary competence to analyze the customer needs and problems, discover the Customer business- and IT-processes, find the ways to solve them and specify works to be done. Specialists also make presentations which demonstrate solutions’ features and the ways a solution can be used to meet Customer requirements.

• Creating pilot solutions

Competence Center allows for creating pilot projects at S&T equipment which shows the benefits of a solution in a real working environment. Pilot projects give Customer the possibility to see a working solution before it is implemented at Customer premises.

• Developing, testing and implementing comprehensive IT solutions

Solutions can be based on IBM or other vendors’ product or can be developed by our specialists. IBM Software department fulfills the whole scope of works of launching new IT solutions, starting with pre-project analysis and designing, through development, implementation and tuning, up to testing and documenting the solution.

• Providing technical support

IBM SW team also provides technical support and system maintenance services both of its own solutions and of solutions implemented by other vendors. Support may include the standard or extended support programs. Customer can also sign an agreement for additional services like emergency call, Informix DB consulting and migration or outsourcing of Informix DB administration.

• IBM SW Team of S&T Russia specializes in solutions for software and hardware integration, business applications and integrated data management systems. The Team has experience in implementation of complex projects by using IBM WebSphere and relevant technologies such as:

• IBM WebSphere Message Broker
