Goal of the project Danone needed development and optimization works for analytical reporting system MicroStrategy 7i. It also requested technical support connected with operation of the system and education services for the users. MicroStrategy, as a tool of information analysis and reporting system, is a corporate standard in all 150 international representations of Danone. In Russian office the system is assigned to a task of sales and production analytical reports generation. Speed of complex reports generation increased from 2 to 4 times as a result of system adjustment and optimization. Users of installed platform got an opportunity to build reports of any complexity and tools for deep analysis which is useful for decision making process. Top-management and management team have now an opportunity to get an updated business information; analytics analyze this information searching for new opportunities; mobile users (f.e. sales managers) receive updated personified information by e-mail or any other wireless channel. |
